Job description
DMI, LLC is seeking a combined Business Analyst and Tester to support a ServiceNow service management program for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms.
The role requires eliciting requirements, building and running automated tests with the ServiceNow ATF, and ensuring traceability from requirements to test results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science, 5+ years of relevant experience, ITIL certification, and hands-on ServiceNow ATF expertise.
