Hiring: ServiceNow Business Analyst | 10+ Years Location: Richmond, VA
Candidates within 50–75 miles preferred; candidates from NY, NJ, PA willing to relocate will also be considered
Visa: US Citizens preferred

Key Requirements
10+ years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
Strong ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, IRM, CSM
Requirements elicitation, stakeholder interviews, workshops, brainstorming, prototyping & document analysis
Strong experience with As-Is / To-Be process mapping, process re-engineering & gap analysis
Requirements documentation, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, RTM & wireframes
Experience with Visio / Lucidchart for process mapping
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication
Agile methodology and user-story development
ServiceNow CSA and/or Certified Implementation Specialist
Strong knowledge of ITIL / ITSM best practices
ServiceNow reporting & analytics: Performance Analytics, Reports & Dashboards
⭐ Preferred
Public-sector / government procurement experience ( RFP/RFS )
Client-facing consulting/advisory experience
ServiceNow CAD or strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform
Data analytics & reporting tools experience
