What You'll do:
Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM and other platform modules.
Design, build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP.
Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting.
Develop self-service solutions, workflows and process automation to improve operational efficiency.
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements and maintenance activities.
Coordinate release planning, deployment activities and change implementation processes.
Create support tools, reports, dashboards and technical documentation.
Collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams to deliver platform and process improvements.
Troubleshoot complex incidents and provide L3 technical support.
Contribute to platform architecture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, technical analysis or platform administration.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and multi-module environments.
Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML and system integration technologies.
Experienced with REST and SOAP web services, API development and enterprise integrations.
Familiar with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP and infrastructure automation tools.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and orchestration technologies.
Experience with databases, monitoring tools and support automation.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS and Azure AKS is a plus.
Familiarity with development tools, code repositories and release management processes.
Good understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.
- ServiceNow certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in hybrid environments and collaborating with international teams
