Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience integrating AI technologies to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven enhancements.
Responsibilities
Develop and configure custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
Integrate AI tools and frameworks (e.g., predictive intelligence, virtual agents) into ServiceNow workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow environments.
Troubleshoot issues and provide support for ServiceNow applications and AI integrations.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow and AI technologies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Experience working with ServiceNow AI features (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics) or integrating external AI tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus (CSA, CAD, CIS).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, OpenAI APIs) is a bonus.
