ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Milford, OHFTE Experience: Any IT / SaaS experienceCertification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MandatoryAbout the RoleTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator with a technical background in IT or SaaS platforms, along with ServiceNow CSA certification. This role is ideal for early-career professionals transitioning into ServiceNow platform administration and seeking to build strong foundational expertise.The selected candidate will support platform operations, assist with configuration tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure smooth platform performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, following TCS and ITIL best practices.Support user and group management, role assignments, and access controls.Help maintain platform hygiene including basic configuration updates, scheduled job checks, and module validationsOperational SupportProvide Level 1.5/Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements.Troubleshoot issues related to forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, and catalog items under senior team guidance.Work with development and functional teams to test new releases, patches, and configurations.Configuration AssistanceSupport configuration of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Assist in preparing update sets and documentation for changes.Reporting & Data SupportCreate and maintain basic reports, dashboards, and lists used by IT and business teams.Assist in CMDB data updates and attribute maintenance.Collaboration & Process AdherenceParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies as required.Follow defined processes for incident, request, and change management.Ensure compliance with quality standards, documentation guidelines, and audit requirements.Required QualificationsBackground in IT, SaaS platforms, IT support, or enterprise applications.Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management concepts.Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, or platform configuration concepts (academic or hands-on).Ability to troubleshoot logically and collaborate with global teams.Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn the ServiceNow ecosystem.
