Job description
Crowe is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our ITOM team. You will lead hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, with focus on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, delivering scalable solutions for client engagements.
The role requires 5–7 years of experience, strong communication, and ability to work with distributed teams. Up to 30% travel is expected for client engagements. This is a full-time role in the US with a competitive compensation range.
