Job description
Crowe in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Manager to join our growing ITOM team. You will lead hands-on development and configuration of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, delivering scalable solutions for clients.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and engagement leads to ensure solution quality, document standards, and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Travel up to 30% is expected.
