Job description
EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITSM transformation programs across diverse client engagements. You will drive solution design, configuration, testing and deployment while mentoring a multi-disciplinary team and cultivating strong client relationships.
You’ll leverage knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, AI-enabled capabilities, and agile/waterfall delivery to deliver measurable business outcomes. Hybrid travel is expected to meet client needs in a dynamic, global practice.
