Job description
Tata Consultancy Services in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM deployments and integrations. You will review requirements, estimate effort, mentor teams, and manage multiple implementation lifecycles across modules with ITIL alignment.
Candidates should hold ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications and ITIL V3 Foundation, with strong Agile/Scrum experience and client-facing collaboration.
