Job description
We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Presales & AI Solution Consultant to lead solutioning, technical presales, and AI-powered transformation for enterprise customers across the U.S.
You’ll partner with CIOs/CTOs, sales teams, and ServiceNow stakeholders to shape differentiated solutions, design architectures, run executive workshops, deliver demos, and drive deals from discovery through close.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow presales for enterprise opportunities
Translate business challenges into platform-wide ServiceNow solutions
Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates
Deliver executive-level workshops and solution presentations
Demonstrate ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-powered workflows
Architect AI + ServiceNow solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent patterns)
Partner with sales, alliances, and delivery to shape winning deals
What You Bring
10+ years IT | 7+ years ServiceNow | 5+ years presales/solutioning
Deep knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, SPM, App Engine
Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector DBs
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
Experience supporting large enterprise deals and complex RFPs
