Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to blend strategic process consulting with detailed business analysis from discovery through delivery in Fayetteville, NC.
You will optimize implementations by aligning processes, gathering requirements, and driving adoption across modules. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, along with Agile experience supporting Scrum teams.
