nAs a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Management, based on site in Calcasieu Pass, Louisiana, you will be responsible to:
nnnManaging long-term contractual service agreements, ensuring full compliance with commercial, operational, technical, and performance obligations
n
nnLeading all contract performance activities related to Spare Parts, Field Services, Repair Services, maintenance planning, and outage execution
n
nnServing as the primary customer interface, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of issues, and seamless coordination between customer stakeholders and internal teams
n
nnOwning customer contract performance metrics, including financial, operational, technical, reliability, availability, and safety performance indicators
n
nnActing as the primary liaison for customer contract matters, managing escalations, change requests, and performance discussions
n
nnCoordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Repair Services, Quality, HSE, and Commercial functions to deliver contractual commitments
n
nnDriving continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and long-term contract profitability
n
nnEnsuring adherence to contractual service requirements, performance guarantees, operational specifications, and service-level commitments
n
nnCoordinating local site teams during planned outages, maintenance activities, inspections, and major service events to ensure safe and efficient execution
n
nnSupporting contract administration activities including proposal support, contract negotiations, amendments, performance reviews, and commercial governance
n
nnIdentifying and communicate equipment upgrade opportunities, technology enhancements, and lifecycle improvement strategies that create value for customers
n
n nTo be successful in this role you will:
nnnHave university degree in Engineering along with 5+ years direct experience with gas and steam turbines
n
nnHave project Management expertise with large customers utilizing technical skills and maintenance knowledge
n
nnHave previous experience in customer facing roles with LNG clients
n
nnHave outage execution experience with turbomachinery products
n
nnAble to work onsite at customer site in Louisiana
n
nnHave excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
n
n nDesired Characteristics
nnnHave experience managing complex service agreements within power generation, energy, industrial, or rotating equipment environments
n
nnHave strong understanding of contract management, outage planning, maintenance strategies, field service operations, and equipment reliability principles
n
nnHave proven ability to manage executive customer relationships and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
n
nnHave demonstrated success in financial management, KPI reporting, risk management, and contract performance governance
n
