Injection Molding Set-Up Operator
Do you have at least 6 months of injection molding experience and experience setting up and operating injection molding machines? Put your skills to work as an Injection Molding Set-Up Operator in St. Charles!
This company builds precision plastic parts through injection molding and backed by more than 70 years of molding expertise. It is a fully onsite, hands on manufacturing environment.
This company is growing fast, recently opening a new building and adding new equipment and new customers all the time, so more opportunities open up as they grow.
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Set-Up Operator Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines
Install and remove molds and tooling
Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production requirements
Start up machines and troubleshoot basic molding issues
Monitor machines during production
Inspect parts for quality and consistency
Complete machine and equipment inspections
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30pm to 8:00am
Compensation:
$26.00 to $28.00
Set-Up Operator Qualifications:
At least 6 months of injection molding experience
At least 1 year of machine operator/set-up experience preferred
Experience setting up and operating injection molding equipment
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and molding issues
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Steel-toed boots required
