ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.Position SummaryAs a Set-Up Technician, you'll help keep our production equipment running smoothly by assembling, disassembling, and maintaining machines for each job. You'll support line setup, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with operators and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient production. Your mechanical know-how and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — with care and consistency.ResponsibilitiesAssemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipmentSet up and operate manufacturing and packaging machinesMake adjustments and minor repairs to support productivityTroubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtimeMonitor and optimize lines during production runsMatch labels with batch records and verify accuracyMaintain inventory of tools and partsAssist operators and maintenance technicians as neededCreate or update machine centerline proceduresFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of mechanical or machine operator experienceMechanical/electrical trade background or technical school preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSkillsComfortable using computers or tabletsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Able to read, write, and understand EnglishTeam-oriented and dependableOrganized and attentive to detailAble to adapt to changing tasks and environmentsPay: $21.48 per hourBonus Eligibility: YesThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
