If this sounds like you, then join us as our next Production Mechanic in Sun Prairie, WI!What You'll DoThe position of Set Up Technician reports to the Production Manager and has multiple responsibilities related to the efficient operation of the extrusion lines. The primary duties are related to new order set-up, maintenance of all extrusion equipment, and support for daily extrusion operations.Train as an extrusion operator to learn machines, products and processes.Set up new work orders as dictated by scheduling and the set-up specificationsComplete basic repairs on extrusion and support equipmentWork directly with the Production Manager to coordinate plans for pending work ordersSupport quality assurance efforts through daily monitoring of the extrusion equipment and the products being producedMaintain a clean and safe work environment at all timesWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this position, you must:Possess a High School Diploma or equivalentPrior mechanical or maintenance experience requiredMust be detail-oriented and able to work unsupervisedTraining provided related to maintenance of all custom Washington Mills equipmentHave a strong commitment to safety and work well in a team environmentWho We AreWashington Mills is built on values that matter.
