Dietary AideJoin our team at ISH Dining Services in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania!We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at ISH Dining Services in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food service to our residents. If you are passionate about food, care about people, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and service of meals, snacks, and beveragesPrepare and store food according to department procedures and state/federal regulationsEnsure sanitary preparation and storage areasTransport trays and carts to or from resident floorsHandle, store, and dispose of food suppliesFollow facility policies and procedures for infection control and resident tray handlingCommunicate with the Director of Food Service or Assistant Director of Food Service throughout the shiftRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work well with peers in a congenial work environmentMust maintain utmost compassion and dignity to residentsMust be able to work every other weekend, as well as holidays and as needed, to ensure proper staffing levelsBenefits:Competitive hourly rate of $13 - $13 per hour based on experienceOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentIf you are passionate about providing exceptional food service and care for our residents, please apply to this exciting opportunity!
