Job description
The Ward Law Group is seeking a Settlement Department Manager to lead the valuation, negotiation, and resolution of pre-suit personal injury inventory. This is a true management role focused on the performance of the negotiators under you, not individual file ownership.
We operate with documented workflows, data-driven processes, and clear standards to scale the department while maintaining high quality. You will build a strong, compliant, client-focused settlement program with robust SOPs.
