Job description
Ferraro Law Firm, P.A. seeks an experienced Settlements Manager to lead the settlements department in Miami. You will manage day-to-day operations, set performance expectations, and monitor productivity and financial results to ensure timely case progression.
The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, hands-on, and capable of coaching staff, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement in settlement workflows and client service.
