Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M TestingSkills and AbilitiesISO 14001 / Regulatory Requirements Communication and Interpersonal Skills Analytical / Problem-Solving Skills Quality Systems (IATF, ISO, etc.) - Design / Management Blueprint Reading Measuring Via Calipers and ScalesDecision-Making and Organization ImpactIncorrect Steps Or Errors Can Cause Failure Mode That Affects Safe Vehicle Operation and/or Involves Non-Compliance With Government Regulation Without Warning. May Endanger End User Without Warning.Reporting RelationshipsReports Directly To The Production Supervisor Takes Daily Changeover Instruction From The Production Supervisor and/or Team Lead Takes Daily Production Instruction From The Production Supervisor and/or Team LeadWorking ConditionsWorks 100% of the time on the production floor. Must be able to work in cool and warm temperatures. Must be able to keep organized under production strainPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly Ability to work varying levels of overtime Ability to adjust work schedule to meet plant requirements Able to travel within the manufacturing area and enter confined spaces for tooling change over3rd Shift 11PM-7AM
