Job description
Packaging Setup TechnicianJoin a fast-paced manufacturing environment as a Packaging Setup Technician! In this role, you will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging equipment while following GMP guidelines, safety standards, and operating procedures. You will perform equipment adjustments, preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and work closely with maintenance and production teams to keep operations running efficiently.Requirements:3+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environmentMechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8+ hoursComfortable with bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing stairsAbility to work overtime as neededPreferred:Industrial Maintenance training or educationExperience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment troubleshootingThis is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, equipment maintenance, and working in a team-oriented environment.
