We are looking for an experienced Sewer Excavation Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values responsibility, motivation, and professional growth.In this hands-on role, every day brings a different underground drain or sewer project. You may excavate and repair a damaged sewer line, install a cleanout, complete a sewer lining project, or cut and restore concrete to access and replace underground piping.Job ResponsibilitiesSafely operate an excavator and other equipment used for underground sewer and drain workExcavate, expose, repair, replace, and backfill residential sewer and underground drain linesInstall sewer liners and complete trenchless pipe-rehabilitation workInstall exterior cleanouts and complete other underground drainage projectsCut, remove, and restore concrete to access and repair underground pipingSafely drive a company vehicle while towing an equipment trailerRead job scopes, identify required materials and equipment, and prepare the worksiteFollow plumbing codes, excavation-safety practices, and company proceduresKeep equipment, vehicles, trailers, tools, and jobsites clean, organized, and well maintainedCommunicate professionally with customers and team members and help deliver a 5-star experienceOther duties as assignedPay and BenefitsPay: $62,400–$104,000 annually based on experience (overtime eligible)Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays required based on business needsNo on call - Work life balance is a priority for usCompany supplied, take home vehicle with gas cardWeekly PaychecksHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePet InsuranceMet LawShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee WellnessRegular company events and outings throughout the yearPresident's Club - Annual all expenses paid trip for top performers + guest10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, plus an additional 5 days after reaching 5 years with TR Miller7 paid holidays401(k) plan with a 4% company matchCompany-paid plumber license renewal fees$500 toward a pre-testing training session to help plumbers prepare for their licensing examTuition ReimbursementTool Buyback ProgramA family: This is last on the list because it's the most important.
