Industrial Sewing AssociateLocation: Cleveland, OH (Near Hopkins Airport Area) Pay: $16.00/hr (1st Shift) | $17.00/hr (2nd Shift) Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire A well-established nationwide manufacturer of safety apparel is expanding and looking for dependable team members to join their production team. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM $16.00/hour 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4-day work week!) $17.00/hourWhat You’ll DoOperate industrial sewing machines to assemble safety apparelWork with various fabrics and materials used in protective garmentsFollow production instructions and quality standardsInspect finished pieces for accuracy and consistencyMaintain a clean and organized workspaceWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleStrong attention to detailGood hand-eye coordinationEnjoys working with their handsReliable attendance and a strong work ethicWillingness to learn and develop a new skillExperience That Transfers Well (But Not Required)Sewing or tailoringQuilting, crafting, or upholsteryAssembly or light manufacturingTextile or fabric workAny role requiring precision, patience, and consistencyGrowth & Earnings Potential Once hired on permanently, employees can earn an additional $0.50 – $2.00 per hour based on skill development and production performance. Experienced team members who advance to Master Sewer level can earn up to $20.00/hour.
