Job description
Nutrien is seeking a Safety Leader to drive SHE culture, coach field teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations. You will participate in JHAs, incident investigations, audits, and behavioral safety programs while maintaining essential OSHA/MSHA documentation.
You will design and deliver training for employees and contractors, support emergency response, and help sustain continuous safety improvements in a complex industrial environment.
