Job description
The Lead Toplander at The Redpath Group will be responsible for operating shaft conveyance controls, moving materials, and organizing yard stock while ensuring safe shaft collar activities.
The role requires handling explosives, managing rigging and lifting gear, and maintaining storage of drill components and safety equipment. Candidates must meet safety standards and be able to work long hours, shifts, and overtime as needed.
