UCHealth Medical Group and UCHealth Primary Care Clinic – Ledge Rock in Johnstown, CO seek a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a newly opened clinic and help shape patient experience and team culture. This full-time position emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with the community.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of Primary Care experience, EPIC EMR proficiency, and must meet PA or NP licensure and certification requirements.
