Shared Care Caregiver in a Premier Senior Living Community — We Take This Work SeriouslyThis is a long-term role supporting multiple clients within one premier independent living community — not a one-to-one home care position. If you're an efficient, reliable caregiver who wants steady hours in a single location with a growing client base, this role was built for you. ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland is the preferred home care provider at a premier independent living community in Lake Highlands, and our Shared Care program is growing quickly. As a Shared Care Caregiver, you'll move between multiple clients throughout your shift, completing scheduled care tasks for each — companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and household needs — all coordinated through a care app on your smartphone. We take our care seriously. The residents and families we serve trust us with their loved ones, and that trust is everything. We have zero tolerance for lying and negligence — the people in our care depend on us to show up honest, alert, and fully present, and to document every task accurately.
