Mosaic Contractors seeks a Home Provider / Shared Living Provider in Iowa to welcome an adult needing support into a stable, caring home. In this role, you’ll offer day-to-day assistance with personal care, meals, transportation, and household routines while promoting independence and community inclusion. You’ll follow care plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with agency staff and families. Ideal providers are dependable, organized, and compassionate, with a safe, clean home and willingness to complete required training and home inspections.
