SharePoint Migration Support Specialist
This is a full time temporary position (hourly). for TWO months.
A Top Secret TS/SCI security clearance is required
The location is Washington DC and it is full time on site.
Purpose:
Focus on ticket management, communications, triage, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the influx of migration-related:
Help desk tickets
Email inquiries
Teams chats/calls
Office hours and support sessions
Serve as the first point of contact for content administrators during migration activities.
