If so, our client is hiring a Shareworks Services & Operations Associate.Position Type:ContractOn-SiteRequired:Meet production and quality standards.Cross-train in multiple functions.Adhere to compliance and control guidelines.Interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.1 year of Operations, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or Administrative experience.Experience with account maintenance, transfers, payments, disbursements, or client requests.Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet production and quality standards.Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research.Handle reports, clear outstanding debits, and resolve escalated issues.Process and investigate payments and handle correspondence.Manage client requests, account updates, scanning, and stock transfers.Execute check and Fed wire disbursements and check stop payments.Preferences:Financial services or banking operations experience.Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.Get in Touch: If you think you'd be a good match, submit your resume and reach out to Bharat at to learn more.
