Your skills in installation, problem-solving, quality control, and leadership will contribute to successful project delivery while creating opportunities for continued growth and advancement.This is an opportunity to build your career with a company that values safety, craftsmanship, and professional development, where your work makes a visible impact and your future is backed by clear pathways for growth.What You'll DoPerform journeyman or master-level sheet metal installation and related mechanical trade work on commercial and industrial construction projects.Support daily field operations by completing layouts, material takeoffs, equipment start-ups, and trade-specific installation activities.Coordinate crew productivity and help ensure schedules, deadlines, and project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.Conduct quality control inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.What You BringJourneyman or Master License with hands-on experience in sheet metal installation, construction, or related mechanical trades.Strong knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, building codes, and jobsite best practices.Ability to read layouts, perform technical troubleshooting, manage field responsibilities, and maintain high-quality workmanship.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and team success.Physical ability to work in active construction environments, including standing for extended periods and performing demanding trade work.Why Build Your Career at RKBuild bigger.
