Sheet Metal Installer - Residential New ConstructionSobieski New Homes of Newark, DE is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Sheet Metal Installer. The successful Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for installing HVAC duct systems and related components in residential new construction homes. This position works closely with foremen, superintendents, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential duct systems, reading plans, and working in various stages of single-family homes, town homes, and other residential new construction projects. Which is why we offer unlimited earning potential, exceptional training, and career advancement opportunities.Qualifications for a Residential New Construction Sheet Metal InstallerLicensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experienceKnowledge of applicable state codesHands-on knowledge of residential HVAC constructionValid driver's licenseAcceptable driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spacesHave own hand tools regularly used by Sheet Metal InstallersDo you have good communication skills?
