If so, apply today and watch your career take flight!What You Will DoPolish, deburr, size and finish aerospace metals, like aluminum, stainless steel, cobalt and nickel alloys to exact specificationsCreate flawless surface finishes, removing scratches, burrs, and imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrityWork with a variety of hand and power tools, particularly hand grindersFollow work instructions and complete quality paperwork as requiredInspect surface finishes and dimensions using micrometers, calipers, height stands, and visual inspection toolsKeep work area clean and organized and follow all safety proceduresWork as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you're proud to put your name onWhat Experience You NeedHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required. We will provide the on-the-job training!
