Sheet Vinyl InstallerFloor Coverings International of Lowell is looking for an experienced Sheet Vinyl Installer to provide professional installation services for our ongoing projects in the Greater Lowell area. We're seeking a reliable, skilled installer with strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. You'll complete sheet vinyl installations directly in customer's homes, ensuring each project is completed professionally and efficiently.Responsibilities:Measure, cut, and install sheet vinylPrepare and level subfloorsApply adhesives and create clean seamsInstall transitions and trimEnsure quality and professional finishesMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate professionally with customersRequirements:Proven experience: demonstrate expertise in the flooring application that you specialize inReliable transportation and tools: You must have your own transportation and tools to do the jobs you're contracted for. Must have the ability to deliver materials to the job site and haul away wastePunctuality: We understand that things happen; but we want to make sure that we all agree on a time we can confidently relay that to the clientAttention to detail: Top notch workmanship and an eye for detailCustomer service skills: Excellent communication with a service-oriented attitudeProficient in English: Must be able to effectively communicate in English.Contractor Status:This is a 1099 independent contractor/subcontractor position, not a W-2 employee positionInstaller will be responsible for providing their own standard tools and reliable transportationContractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable business expensesWork is scheduled on a project-by-project basis based on customer needs and availabilityCompensation and project details will be discussed during the interview processReady to join us?
