Job description
Humane Fort Wayne is seeking an Associate Director of Animal & Medical Care to lead shelter health, safety, and welfare strategies for our animals. You will oversee medical care, animal husbandry, behavior, enrichment, and adoption readiness, partnering with the Director of Operations to guide day-to-day operations and long-term program development.
