Job description
Project Renewal is seeking a Director of Social Services to oversee the New Providence Women’s Shelter program located at the Ramada Inn. You will lead clinical and social service operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and coordinated care for women facing homelessness and co-occurring disorders.
Under the Shelter Director, you will supervise staff, liaise with DHS and OTDA, coordinate service delivery across medical, psychiatric and housing teams, and drive continuous program improvement.
