Job description
The Bangor Humane Society seeks a Director of Operations to assist the Executive Director with administration, budgeting, and shelter management, ensuring humane, cost-effective operations and staff oversight. This role leads training, scheduling, and deployment of staff; maintains animal welfare and coordinates with veterinarians and partners; and promotes community engagement.
Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of Maine animal welfare laws are essential, with a Bachelor's degree
