Job description
HELP USA seeks a Director of Operations for Webster Ave shelter in the Bronx, NY. You will report to the Executive Director and oversee daily operations, including outsourced security, maintenance, and a team of House Managers and Residential Aides.
You will lead staff recruitment and training, supervise security operations, ensure safety policies are followed, maintain records, and serve as liaison with Police and Fire departments.
