Project Renewal Inc. is seeking a Program Director for the Compass House Women's Shelter in New York City. This role involves overseeing the management of a 90-bed emergency shelter for employable and employed homeless women. The Program Director will provide leadership and direction to staff while ensuring comprehensive service delivery to clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing staff and programs, and possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field with a commitment to social services. Salary is competitive, ranging from $88,000 to $92,000 annually.
