Job description
Family Haven Shelter in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee daily shelter operations, staff, and policy development.
The Director will ensure trauma-informed care, quality assurance, and compliance, while coordinating with funders and partners to serve residents and sustain 24/7 coverage.
Requires Master’s in Social Work, 3+ years in residential services and 3+ years supervisory experience; proficiency with computer applications; confidentiality.
