Job description
Shelter House in Fort Belvoir, Virginia, seeks a Program Director to oversee Kennedy Emergency Shelter operations, including Hypothermia Shelter, Drop-In, and Outreach programs. You will lead a dynamic leadership team and partner with Fairfax County and community organizations to advance the Ten-Year Plan to End Homelessness.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field with 4+ years of progressive leadership; Master’s preferred.
