Job description
Women In Need, Inc. (Win) in New York seeks an experienced Program Director to lead a transitional family residence for families with children. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with NYS OTDA, NYC DHS, and Win standards, and drive high-quality service delivery.
You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, integrate services across employment, childcare, and recreation, and coach staff toward high performance. On-call support and a focus on housing stability are essential.
