Job description
Paycom - ATS in Rensselaer, NY seeks a full‑time Community Support Aide to provide direct services in a shelter environment. You will help mothers and children, assist with housing searches, supervise meals and activities, and maintain logs and safety protocols across two floors.
Responsibilities include ensuring clean, safe common areas, coordinating with volunteers, and documenting shifts. Prior experience in shelter work is preferred but not required, with a background check required.
