Job description
City of Albuquerque Animal Services seeks a dedicated animal care professional to assist veterinarians in humane medical care, surgery, and postmortem work for shelter animals. You will help with anesthesia, vaccines, and medications, and ensure humane handling throughout procedures.
You will support emergency and routine care, maintain records, coordinate with shelter staff and volunteers, and assist in public education on animal health. Weekend and shift work may be required.
