Shift 1 CNC Machine Operator, Band IIIRutland, VT 05701OverviewSalary Range $17.75 - $19.78 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st ShiftDescriptionBand III CNC OperatorPOSITION SUMMARY:This key position requires the efficient and safe operation of multiple CNC machines. Also requires excellent math skills, mechanical skill, and ability to read and follow customer specifications. CNC operator level III performs limited set-ups and requires some supervision.RESPONSIBILITIES:Follow safety rules, procedures, guidelines, and training given. Recognize and report hazards to designated individual(s). Actively participate in safety program. Practice safe work habits and report accidents/injuries immediately.Flexibility in job assignments and adaptability to changing business needsContinually learn and apply new skills.Use vacuum lift and/or manually load CNC machines with plywood sheet stock. Unload, stack, and clean when cycle is complete.
