More than 40 years ago, Roger started his McDonald’s journey as a Crew Member. He worked his way through the restaurant, learning the business from the ground up and building a career that would eventually lead to owning and operating McDonald’s restaurants.
Along the way, McDonald’s became more than just a career for Roger—it became a family. He met his wife through McDonald’s, and today, their family continues to be actively involved in the business.
4K4G McDonald’s is proudly family owned and operated. Roger and his son, Kristopher, lead the organization together, with both of their wives involved in the business as well. Kristopher’s brother and his wife are also part of the organization, making McDonald’s truly a family business for us.
