Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare in Cottonwood, AZ, seeks a Charge RN to lead the patient care team during shifts, ensuring quality care and smooth throughput. You will mentor staff, coordinate staffing, and advocate for patients and families within ANA standards and hospital policies.
Requirements include a BSN within 6 years of hire or promotion, active AZ RN license (or compact), and BLS/ACLS with NIHSS within 30 days. Prior RN experience preferred.
