Job description
Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily operations on a residential unit. You will coach staff, ensure safety and quality care, and support team members during your shift.
Key duties include client care tasks, caseload coordination, and ensuring coverage. You’ll work a Monday–Friday 10am–6pm schedule with differential pay and opportunities for growth within a nonprofit organization serving the community.
