Too Sweet Cakes in Paradise Valley is hiring two Shift Leads for our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening Fall 2026. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity—you'll join before we open and help set the standard for how we operate, serve guests, and support the team daily.
As Shift Lead, you’ll be the second-in-command on the floor, leading the Barista team, making real-time decisions, and owning your shift from start to finish.
