Job description
SoBol Beverly is seeking shift leads to join our team to oversee the café operations and ensure a great guest experience. Weekend availability is required and you will train staff, manage breaks, and monitor staffing levels to keep the café running smoothly.
You'll ensure food standards and company procedures are followed, greet customers, resolve issues, and delegate tasks promptly in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with a beachy vibe.
