Job description
SoBol Beverly is currently seeking shift leads to join our team. SoBol provides the community with delicious acai bowls and fruit smoothies in a fun, upbeat café with a beachy vibe. At SoBol, shift leads will oversee the efficient running of the café, make sure the required tasks are accomplished, and ensure restaurant patrons have a great experience. Weekend availability is required. Strong work ethic and positive mindset are a must!
Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Trains staff, facilitates breaks, and monitors staffing levels
Oversees stock levels
Ensures the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility
Handles customer inquiries
Greet customers
Solve or elevate customer, employee, and operational issues
Ensure compliance with established food standards, food quality, preparation, and company policies and operating procedures, including following company procedures and checklists
Delegate and get things done promptly
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in food service
Excellent customer service
Flexibility
Great interpersonal skills
Great communication skills
Great problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
ServSafe Food Handlers License preferred
Can provide own transportation (required)
Availability must include 1:00 pm - close on Sundays, and 3 pm to close on Mondays and Tuesdays
Positive mindset and strong work ethic
Must be 18 or older
